The Weber Genesis 320 grill features an enclosed cart with corresponding painted steel doors with stainless steel trim, stainless steel handles, and accent colored painted side and rear panels. All grills have a porcelainenameled shroud with a center-mounted thermometer and accent colored painted, cast aluminum end caps.
The Weber Genesis 320 grill has a 12,000 BTUper- hour input flush-mount side burner. Other features include 6 tool holders, enclosed tank storage area, precision fuel gauge, 2 stainless steel work surfaces, 2 heavy duty front locking casters and 2 heavy-duty back swivel casters. Pros:
-Ready to grill in 15 minutes at 550 degrees. Tops out at over 650 degrees. (In both cases the lid must be down)
-Solid construction.
-Easy to assemble.
-The side burner works really well too. You can deep fry onion rings or french fries in small batches.
-The flavorizer bars work as advertised. They let just enough flame lick the food creating minimal flareups.
Cons:
-Control knobs are located on the top right-hand table. Front and center would have been most efficient.
-Casters are small and of hard plastic. Larger rubber casters are more durable and would make traversing around easier.
Additional notes:
After I assembled the grill I pushed it to its final destination. Very carefully I might add because of the small casters. I put the tank inside the grill cabinet and hooked it up. I figure the weber grill genesis 320 plus tank weighs around 170lbs.
